The photos below are of a new roof restoration that we recently installed on a 1996 Fleetwood motor home for a customer from Timmonsville, SC. As you can see from the photos the roof was deteriorating and in need of repair.
This roof was an excellent candidate for our CCR elastomeric new roof coating system and when completed it qualified for our 10 year labor and material no leak warranty. This roof is also much cooler during the summer months due to the bright white silicone finish coat that reflects 98% of the sun's UV rays. This results in less wear and tear on your a/c units since they don't have to work as hard to keep your unit cool. As an extra bonus, we eliminate all caulking on your roof by flashing all seams with cloth and a polyurethane waterproofing base coat giving you a seamless and waterproof roof. No caulking means less maintenance, less expense, and less worries.
Aldocoat 384 polyurethane was chosen as our roof base coat on this roof because of its excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties. Aldocoat 395 silicone was applied as our white finish coat because of it's excellent performance at UV protection.
